SWAROVSKI COCKTAIL PARTY FOR SAIC'S THE WALK 2012

Between meetings, photo-shoots, blogging & writing I found time to do a little fashion socializing in my new hometown of Chicago with a fellow Londoner also turned Chicagoan, Andrea Fulerton (Founder of Andrea Fulerton Nail Boutique). We attended a FAB Swarovski/SAIC cocktail party at the Michigan Ave flagship boutique — where we got snapped! Which I honestly believe was all down to Andrea’s amazing Joseph Technicolor Dreamcoat (actually vintage Versace). This coat could do no wrong! Swarovski invited Nick Cave (Art Institute Fashion Department chair) and some of his students to create a window installation to kick-off SAIC Fashion Show 2012 and THE WALK 2012.


It was definitely the place to be and be seen for the Über stylish and talented including Erica Strama (Senior Marketing Manager for the Shops at North Bridge), Carrie Lannon (Director of Public Relations for ULTA Beauty and Chair for In-Fashion) Candace Jordan (Model/Actress/Playboy centerfold turned fashion and society blogger), Kelli Zink (Host of CelebTV.com) and fashion bloggers Emma Arnold (Très Awesome) and Amy Cryer (Chicago Street Style).
